  1. I think the blue mans story is interesting because his story intertwines with Eddie's birthday and Eddie was a part to the blue mans death. The blue man was friends with Eddie's dad. The blue man was in the side or freak show. The blue man said it was his heaven not Eddies. The blue mans heaven was the pier because he could walk around in the early morning or really late at night without getting noticed.

  3. The Blue Man's story is a sad story because he drank the same thing as poison to try and cure his horrible nerves. The "medicine" eventually reacted with his body and turned it first gray then blue when he amped up the doseage when the "medicine" wasn't curing his nerves. Also it's sad because the Blue Man was disowned by his fater because he was a disgrace to his family and when he got fired because he spilled the sack of buttons. It didn't help that he wet his trouser's when the foreman startled him. The Blue Man and his father have a bad relationship because the father wouldn't help him with his nerves and he was upset that he couldn't control them causing him to have accidents and wet the bed. Wetting the bed was the last straw for the Blue Man's father because when he found out that he was still wetting it at an older age and washing it before anyone saw because he caught him washing the sheets. When his fater wrote him off it pushed the Blue Man to leave the house. When he left his orinal home he went to a bar where he could hide himself. The bar is where he found the carnny people who offered him a job in their freak show. He took the job and found a place where he could fit in and be normal. When the carnival was near Ruby Pier once and found his permenant residence in it's freak show side show. He enjoyed the Pier because he could find freedom in walking down the beach early in the morning if he covered his head. The Blue Man is connected to Eddie by Eddie is the one that killed him when he chased his baseball into the street and the car that swerved to miss him was being driven by the Blue Man. The stress finally wore his heart down and he had a heart attack when he swervred to miss the boy. The Blue Man is also to teach Eddie that people are in a cycle of birth and death and there is nothing to change the cycle. Ruby Pier is where the Blue Man was his happiest so he went there for his heaven. That's why he told Eddie," This is not your heaven it's mine."

  5. I think the blue mans story is some what weird and strange because,he had a strange disease and he made himself think the silver nitrate didnt work so he drank more and caused himself to turn blue in all relations its his own fault. Also when he screwed up the job with his dad he made his dad have a bad relashinship with his boss, then he started to wet the bed so he descrased his father. Then after all this happened he decided to join the freak show because he felt like he belonged there. after all this when eddie was young he ran out in front of the blue mans car and made him have a heart attack. He is in the blue mans heaven.

  6. I thought the story was very intoresting story that the blue man told. His father has a good relationship with him cause at his factory the foreman came towards Eddie and his father told him to keep his head down. His connection with the sideshows was weird because he went to a chemist that told him to mix this with water and take everynight.

  7. my opinion of the blue mans story is that i think that it is cool because i never thought of a story from both points of view. his father caught him washing his wet clothes. he was blue and being in the side show was the best job he could get. eddie lived close to ruby pier where the blue man worked. he says that because it isn't eddies heaven it is the blue mans heaven.

  8. Well i think for one that the Blue Man's story is very interesting and strange. His nerves we going crazy and he couldn't do any thing at all including jobs and schoolwork. he went to a doctors and was told to take silver nitrate. that made him turn gray and eventually blue. his father hated him according to him. he showed him discust and showed no admariation. i guess him and his father were like co-workers and didn't pay much attnetion. his father caught him changeing his sheets in the middle of the nights because he peed them.
the first time he felt normal was with the freak show because he finally fit in and could do many things that we take for granted. like walk on the beach without getting "stirred". it is kinda weird that they worked at the same place but never really met. and for the last question, i will answer that with a story.
One day when eddie was playing ball with some playground friends, the ball rolled into the street. they "rock" "Paper" "Scizzorsed" and eddie lost so he went to get the ball. at the exact same time, a man with a blueish tint and a nice sports car was driving on the street to go to work. he saw a little boy run across the street and go fetch the ball. his breaks didn't work that well and he had to swerve. causing him to skyrocket in his heartrate. he had a very bad heart and this caused him to get very dizzy. he lost control and at the same time had a heart attack. so it all comes down to the fact that if eddie hadn't come running into the street without looking, the blue man would have not died. so it was his heaven not eddies.

  10. I think the blue mans story was very interesting because the story is from two points of view. The blue man's relationship with his dad is different bacause he thought that Eddie was a disgrace to the WHOLE family. He was a disgrace becausehe spilt the bag of buttons in front of his father's boss. The blue man was friends with Eddie's dad. The blue man was in the side or freak show. The blue man said it was his heaven not Eddies. The blue mans heaven was the pier because he could walk around in the early morning or really late at night without getting noticed.

  12. I think that the blue mans story is very different. It is also a big part of Eddies life, but he didnt realize it until heaven.
The blues relationship with his father was angry and embarassing. It was angry because his dad was always angry cause the blue man was very nervous as a child. It was embarassing because The blue man always tried to impress his dad but never could cause of his nervous problems.
The blue mans connection with the sideshow was good because they were just like him and were like his family.
This has to do with Eddie because Eddie knew hm as a child and actually killed him.
The blue man says "this isn't your heaven it's mine" because Eddie is visiting the Blue Mans heaven which was Ruby Pier when he wasliving and working there.

  15. The blue mans father kind of turned him in to the freak he is. He was so ashamed of his son by soiling him self in front of the foreman.
